AYCE Vendor and Sponsorship Opportunities

Support the professionals who serve children, youth, and families across Europe.

AYCE supports early childhood and youth professionals through training, scholarships, leadership development, and networking. Our 2026 conference served more than 350 child care professionals from over a dozen U.S. military communities across Europe.

We invite businesses, vendors, exhibitors, and community partners to participate through the sponsorship levels below. Each level offers the same listed benefits to sponsors and vendors, with opportunities to connect with attendees and share products, resources, and services that support their work.

Children’s Champion

Sponsor an Educator

Sponsors and vendors may also help reduce financial barriers for professionals seeking training through these scholarship contributions:

  • Conference Access Scholarship: $250

  • Professional-Development Scholarship: $500

  • Scholarship Cohort Sponsor: $2,500

  • Scholarship Fund Partner: $5,000+

We welcome local, home-based, and military spouse-owned businesses, nonprofit organizations, and educational partners. Contact us to discuss participation within these sponsorship levels or contributions of materials, services, technology, printing, refreshments, or transportation.

Registration is now open. Contact AYCE to confirm your selected level and exhibit availability. Vendors should complete the vendor contract and return it by email. Submit your registration and payment by January 5, 2027. A link will be provided to collect your organization’s information, logo, and promotional details. Exhibit spaces are limited, so early registration is encouraged.

Benefits depend on the selected level and availability. Sponsorship acknowledges an organization’s support and does not constitute AYCE endorsement of its products, services, or views.
