Support the professionals who serve children and families across Europe Every day, thousands of children in U.S. military communities across Europe are cared for by dedicated early childhood and youth professionals. AYCE invests in these professionals by providing high-quality training, scholarships, leadership development, and networking opportunities—ultimately improving experiences for the children and families they serve. At our 2026 conference, AYCE served more than 350 childcare professionals representing over a dozen U.S. military communities across Europe. Sponsoring an Educator
Help reduce financial barriers for professionals seeking training.
• Scholarship Fund Partner: $5,000+
One complimentary registration to the conference. This will pay for an educator to
further their education, professional development or International Conference fees.
Scholarship will be announced in the main stage. Website, program, and conference
signage recognition and social media recognition year long.
• Scholarship Cohort Sponsor: $2,500
One complimentary registration to the conference. This will pay for an educator to
further their education, professional development or International Conference fees. Will
be announced in the main stage. Website, program, and conference-signage
recognition and social media recognition.
• Professional Development Scholarship: $500
This will pay for an educator to further their education in the field. Will be announced in
the main stage.
• Conference Access Scholarship: $ 200
This will pay for an educator to attend the AYCE conference. Sponsorship will be
announced in main stage during conference.

acknowledges an organization’s support and does not constitute AYCE endorsement of its
products, services, or views.
